  • IAA operates two, private full featured usability testing facilities. Each a custom, configurable participant test environment. Our facilities are designed with one-way mirrors, separating participants from the adjacent control room. Also, each consists of a separate observation area for our clients to watch the sessions live.

  •   IAA provides you with the flexibility and cost saving feature of having your testing sessions securely streamed live. Save on travel costs and still observe your testing sessions live from any location with an internet connection.

  • When to Use Remote Testing

    Sometimes participants may not able to travel to the testing laboratory or the product requires that testing needs to be conducted in the user’s natural environment. In these cases, remote testing is the perfect solution.

    Remote Site Testing

    You don't have to come to IAA to have your product tested. IAA will come to your city, or any location your users are located. IAA’s staff is very experienced in conducting remote studies around the U.S., in user’s homes, or on site at the user’s workplace. No matter where the testing takes place, we taking care of everything from participant recruitment, facility rental, test setup and recording all sessions. Are your users outside of the United States? We have the means to conduct web-based usability studies with international participants, allowing you to obtain feedback from a set of users that may not easily be attained.
